We're a UK-based business and post within the UK with tracked delivery. Every item is carefully bagged, boarded and packaged to arrive in the condition described. Purchased items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, and postage is shown at checkout.
Grading & submission return postage
For grading, cleaning & pressing, JSA authentication and Signature Series, return postage is calculated by parcel weight, the number of slabs and the value of the items. We confirm the cost with you by email before your items are returned. No upfront payment is required.
Returns & refunds
Changed your mind about a purchase? Contact us at info@yappman.com within 14 days of delivery. Unused items in their original condition can be returned for a refund; return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or not as described, in which case we'll put it right.
This returns policy covers purchased shop items only. Our services — grading, cleaning & pressing, JSA authentication and Signature Series — are bespoke work carried out on your own items and are excluded from returns and refunds (see below).
Services on your own items
Grading, cleaning, pressing and Signature Series are bespoke services carried out on items you send us, and can't be cancelled once work has begun. Any grade we estimate before encapsulation is our opinion only and is not guaranteed.
